Where does Connect with Property meet?
At the Quy Mill Hotel & Spa, Cambridge Church Road, Stow-cum-Quy, Cambridge, CB25 9AF.
It is the same venue every month, on the eastern edge of Cambridge.
When are the property networking events?
First Tuesday of every month. Doors at 6:30pm, and the evening finishes at 9:00pm.

How much does it cost to attend?
A monthly network evening is £20 a ticket.
Seasonal events such as the Christmas Dinner and the Summer Social are priced individually, and each one shows its own price on its event page.
Do I have to be a member to come along?
No. The monthly network evening is open to everybody, member or not.
Membership changes what the year costs and what the evening looks like, but it is never a condition of walking in.
What does membership cost, and what do I get?
£180 for a 12 month rolling membership, paid once, by bank transfer.
It covers ten monthly networking events, the members-only mastermind table, ten guest passes, 10% off seasonal events, the members' WhatsApp group and priority invitations to site visits and tours.
It is not a monthly Direct Debit and it does not auto-renew.
What is the mastermind?
A smaller table that runs 6:00pm to 7:00pm, before the main network opens, for members only.
Fewer people, a longer conversation, and room to talk a deal through properly rather than in passing.
Who comes to Connect with Property?
Property investors, developers, planners, designers, brokers, trades and other professionals working across the industry.
People come from across East Anglia, mostly Cambridgeshire, Suffolk and Norfolk.
It is my first time and I do not know anybody. Is that a problem?
No. The network is built to bring together people who have not met yet, and new faces come every month.

Who runs Connect with Property?
Samantha Mosse, Liz Clark and Donna Walker.
All three invest, develop and work in property themselves, in this region, every week.
How do I book a ticket?
Through the event page for the evening you want. Each one has its own booking link.

Is there a guest speaker every month?
Yes. Every network evening is built around a guest who has actually done the thing being discussed, followed by open questions.
