Membership terms and conditions
These terms govern membership of Connect With Property Ltd. By purchasing a Connect With Property Membership you agree to be bound by them.
Effective from launch, September 2026.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern membership of Connect With Property Ltd, company number 17398590 (“the Company”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing a Connect With Property Membership (“Membership”), the member (“you”, “the Member”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Membership and fees
- Membership is a 12-month rolling subscription priced at £180.
- Membership renews automatically at the end of each 12-month term unless cancelled in accordance with Section 8.
- Membership is personal to the individual named on the account and is non-transferable.
- Fees are payable in full at the point of joining or renewal, unless an alternative payment plan is agreed with us in writing.
3. Membership benefits
Subject to these Terms, Membership includes:
- Access to 10 monthly networking events per 12-month term.
- Access to the Private Mastermind Table, held 6pm to 7pm, members only, prior to the main networking event, as set out in Section 5 below.
- Access to exclusive deal discussions with fellow investors.
- 10% discount on seasonal events, including the Christmas Dinner and Summer Social.
- Access to the members’ WhatsApp group, for sharing opportunities, contacts and local events between meetings.
- 10 free Guest Passes, as set out in Section 4 below.
- Priority invitation to additional events and tours.
Benefits are provided at our discretion and may be varied, added to, or withdrawn on reasonable notice where operational circumstances require it (for example, a change of venue capacity or event format).
4. Guest Passes
Guest Passes are a valued Membership benefit, and the following conditions apply to protect their intended purpose of introducing new people to Connect With Property:
- Each Member receives 10 Guest Passes per 12-month Membership term, with a maximum of one Guest Pass usable per monthly networking event.
- A Guest Pass may only be used to bring a guest who has never previously attended a Connect With Property event, whether as a paying guest, invitee, or in any other capacity.
- It is the Member’s responsibility to confirm, before use, that their guest has not attended before. We reserve the right to check attendance records and to decline entry, or to charge the standard guest rate, where a guest has attended previously.
- Guest Passes cannot be used for the same individual more than once, regardless of whether unused passes remain on the Member’s account.
- Guest Passes are non-transferable between Members, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for credit.
- Unused Guest Passes do not roll over beyond the 12-month Membership term in which they were issued and will lapse on renewal or termination of Membership.
- Guest Passes apply only to the monthly networking events specified in Section 3 and do not extend to seasonal events, tours, or other additional events, unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular event.
- A Member remains responsible for their guest’s conduct at any event attended under a Guest Pass, and for ensuring the guest complies with Section 9 (Code of Conduct). Guest Passes do not extend to the Private Mastermind Table, which is restricted to Members only under Section 5.
- We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw a Guest Pass, or refuse entry to a guest, at our reasonable discretion, including where we believe a Guest Pass is being used other than in accordance with these Terms.
5. Private Mastermind Table
The Private Mastermind Table (“the Mastermind”) is a members-only session held from 6.00pm to 7.00pm prior to each main networking event. The following conditions apply in addition to the rest of these Terms.
- Attendance is restricted to current Members in good standing. Guests, lapsed Members, and non-Members may not attend, regardless of Guest Pass entitlement.
- Places at the Mastermind Table are limited by venue capacity. Where demand exceeds capacity, we may operate a sign-up, waitlist, or rotation system, at our discretion, to ensure fair access across the membership.
- Members are asked to arrive promptly at 6.00pm. Latecomers may be admitted at our discretion where doing so will not unduly disrupt the session in progress.
- A Member’s attendance may be declined, or a Member may be asked to leave, where their conduct breaches these Terms or the Code of Conduct, or where their continued presence would disrupt the session for other Members.
- Confidentiality. In consideration of being admitted to the Mastermind, each Member agrees not to disclose, repeat, or share outside the session any deal information, financial details, strategies, contacts, or other commercially sensitive information shared by another Member, without that Member’s prior consent; not to record, photograph, screenshot, or transcribe any part of the discussion; and to treat information shared at the Mastermind as confidential indefinitely, including after that Member’s own Membership ends. The Company is not a party to, and accepts no responsibility for, information exchanged between Members at the Mastermind, and gives no warranty as to its accuracy or completeness. Nothing in this section prevents a Member from using their own general knowledge, skills, and experience, or from discussing publicly available information.
- Conduct and non-solicitation. The Mastermind is not a platform for unsolicited sales pitches, direct marketing, or the promotion of products or services to other Members. Members may share genuine deal or investment opportunities in the spirit of the session, but must not use the Mastermind as a venue to solicit business from other Members without invitation, and must not use contacts, introductions, or information gained through the Mastermind to directly solicit another Member’s clients, investors, or business partners in a manner that unfairly exploits that Member’s participation. A Member found to be using the Mastermind primarily for solicitation, rather than genuine peer discussion, may be asked to leave the session and may have future access to the Mastermind withdrawn at the Company’s discretion.
- Nature of discussion. Discussion at the Mastermind is peer-to-peer and informal. Nothing said or shared constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and the Company does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any opinion, strategy, or recommendation shared by a Member. Members should seek independent professional advice before acting on anything discussed.
- The Mastermind is provided as a Membership benefit at our discretion. We may vary its format, timing, capacity, or availability, or withdraw it entirely, on reasonable notice. Withdrawal or variation of the Mastermind alone does not entitle a Member to a refund of Membership fees, save as set out in Section 8.
- A breach of the confidentiality or non-solicitation obligations in this Section 5 is a serious matter and may result in exclusion from future Mastermind sessions and, in serious or repeated cases, termination of Membership in accordance with Section 8.
6. Bookings and event access
- Places at monthly networking events and the Private Mastermind Table are subject to availability and must be booked in advance via our booking platform.
- We may limit numbers at any event for venue, safety, or operational reasons.
- Seasonal events (including the Christmas Dinner and Summer Social) are separately ticketed. The Member discount in Section 3 applies to the ticket price but does not include a free ticket.
7. Event changes and cancellation by us
- We may change the date, time, venue, or format of an event, including moving an event online, where reasonably necessary.
- If we cancel an event without rescheduling, affected Members will not lose the corresponding event from their Membership allowance.
- We are not liable for any loss or expense incurred by a Member or their guest as a result of a change to, or cancellation of, an event, save as required by law.
8. Cancellation, renewal and refunds
- Membership renews automatically at the end of each 12-month term unless you notify us in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date.
- Membership fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced, except where required by law or at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
- We may suspend or terminate a Membership, without refund, for serious or repeated breach of these Terms, including misuse of Guest Passes or breach of Section 5 (Private Mastermind Table).
- Access to the members’ WhatsApp group ends when the Membership ends, and we may remove a Member from the group where the Membership is cancelled, lapses, or is terminated under these Terms.
9. Code of conduct
- Members and their guests are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and venue staff at all times.
- Aggressive, discriminatory, or disruptive behaviour, or any conduct that brings Connect With Property into disrepute, may result in removal from an event and/or termination of Membership without refund.
10. Data protection
- We will process Member and guest personal data in accordance with UK data protection law and our privacy policy.
- Contact details collected at Connect With Property events are used only for Connect With Property purposes and are not shared with any predecessor or unrelated organisation.
11. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
- Subject to the above, our liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with Membership is limited to the fees paid for the Membership term in question.
12. General
- We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes materially affect Membership benefits, we will give Members reasonable notice.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
- If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
